The problem was - I couldn't find any journals that offered just a weekly "check-in"! I would end up leaving all the daily tracking or daily task sheets completely blank and skipping to the month overview or weekly summary and just using those pages.
So instead of wasting MORE pages, I made my own weekly check in journal.
It's simple, easy and fun to fill in.
Journaling is known as a form of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). CBT has been studied and backed by science to provide numerous health and wellbeing benefits.
Journaling allows for the release and expression of negative emotions. This in turn can help you focus on your positive experiences and accomplishments. It can also help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your motivations.
Journaling is a very personal experience, and is not for everyone. Journaling can also be done in a variety of ways - such as pen & paper, digital, or even through drawing or collages. There is no one "right way" to journal.
